Welcome to the LifeCare EMS Training Academy #378

The training academy was established in 2002 and it is committed to providing students with quality pre-hospital education. This will be accomplished by conveying a broad knowledge base, thus enabling our students to reach their full potential of excellence while providing competent patient care.

The LifeCare EMS Training Academy offers multiple levels of training in pre-hospital care:

  • First Responder
  • EMT Basic
  • EMT Intermediate
  • EMT Paramedic
  • BTLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
  • PEPP
  • GEMS
  • CPR
  • All levels of EMT refreshers

A career in pre-hospital emergency care is challenging and provides varied and personally rewarding experiences. Those who enter the field of pre-hospital care learn to make critical health care decisions and provide an essential service to the community. The LifeCare EMS Training Academy is state accredited, adheres to U.S. Department of Transportation (U.S.D.O.T.) guidelines, follows the National Standard Training Curricula (N.S.T.C.), and maintains excellent Emergency Services Education.
