Our Services

The staff members at LifeCare Ambulance are well-trained to provide the best customer care from the scene of an emergency to the appropriate hospital. To ensure the highest quality service, our friendly and caring staff must go through testing and training prior to employment as well as throughout their career at LifeCare Ambulance. In addition to the state-required training, LifeCare employees also participate in ongoing instructional programs that provide education in the latest advancements in emergency medical treatment and patient care. Classes are completed through our in-house EMS Training Academy.

The LifeCare Ambulance is the primary 911 providers for an area covers 100 square miles which includes four cities and two townships. We also provide back-up emergency paramedic service when needed for surrounding communities.

All vehicles are fully stocked with the appropriate equipment and supplies. Our equipment meets or exceeds state requirements and daily inspections of the equipment and vehicles are conducted to ensure safety.

LifeCare Ambulance 18

Passenger bus

LifeCare Ambulance offers an 18 passenger bus, which may be used for large groups from nursing homes or schools with special needs children. The bus is also used in Mass Casualty situations to provide heated or air conditioned triage space for multiple patients involved in the scene. This will ensure a safe environment away from the elements in any large scale situation.

ALS First Responder Vehicles

ALS equipped first responder vehicles, staffed by supervisors, may respond to calls with our ambulances. These vehicles are used to respond as closest medical units, provide ALS back-up, assume scene command in large scale incidents, respond off road into areas that an ambulance cannot reach, or support crew members in critical situations.
